Welcome to The Frozen Stick Trail Run! The Frozen Stick is a stand alone event and also the FINALIE to the Stick Season Trail Run Series. Using the same route of discontinued Frozen Feet, Rockinator Racing keeps the 15 year tradition alive! With 2 distance options, the Frozen Stick starts at LaSalle Middle School, heads up and through beautiful Bluffview, Rock Hollow and Zombie Trails.
