Summer 2025 Adult Marathon Prep Class in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs . The class is 12 weeks long and is geared toward helping adults get started running or back into a regular running routine prior to our fall marathon training class.
